By using the Mulalo Itani website and placing orders, you agree to the following terms: Orders: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by the bakery. Submitting an order request does not guarantee availability or booking. Pricing: Prices are indicative and may be confirmed at the time of order. We reserve the right to update prices without notice. Lead Times: Shop cakes require approximately 48 hours notice. Custom cakes should be requested at least 3–4 days before collection, and earlier for complex designs. Delivery: Delivery is available in Pretoria and surrounding areas. Free delivery within 5km, thereafter AA rates apply. Payment: We accept cash, card and EFT. Online payment is not currently available. Payment terms will be confirmed with your order. Custom Designs: We may follow the style of inspiration images with small variations but cannot exactly reproduce other bakers' copyrighted designs.
